1) Install tunngle.
2) Extract the fix file into your Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 folder;

6) Start tunngle and log-in with your account;
7) Then search for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 room ( on shooter section) and go into;
Start Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 go to multiplayer -> join any games.
